Nestech specializes in post molding automation for the cap and closure industries. Nestech produces high speed cap slitting, closure lining, cap assembly, and other automation equipment. Cap slitting and folding are done on the same machine. Closure lining has been a cornerstone of Nestech machines. Almost all caps and liners are used for closure lining in Nestech Machine Systems. Nestech is the leader in assembly machines for sports caps. Nestech produces advanced closure lining machines that have more compact designs and more features.

CNC Programmer/Operator:
Position Requirements:
Minimum High School with 5 years related experience in CNC programming using MasterCam software. Drawings are transferred through the LAN . Salary range: $16.50 - $29.00/hour depending on experience. A solid background in machining needed.
Nestech uses Mazak CNC machine tools for milling and turning operations.

Position Requirements:
Minimum High School with 5 years related experience to assemble various automated machinery. Candidate must be mechanically inclined.

Electrical Technician
Candidate must be able to wire control panels that include VF and DC motor drives, PLCs, and HMIs. General knowledge of machine safety guarding principles needed. Other duties include making cutouts for switches and quick connect bases/hoods, machine wiring, panel mounting, etc. PLC programming ability an asset, but not required.
Min. 5 years experience in related field.
